To The Parents

1. Parents should attend parents teachers meeting compulsory for the benefit of your children’s education in the long term.
2. Parents are requested not to meet the teachers during school hours except in case of urgency, for which they must first obtain permission from the principal.
3. Parents should provide the teacher with a valid phone number for contact.
4. Students need to take responsibility for looking after their own belongings, and should not wear expensive jewelers to school or the management cannot be held accountable if any of these items are lost or stolen.
5. If students become ill during school hours or require emergency leave, they must be accompanied by their parents.
6. Parents must bring ID when they come to visit their children at school.
7. Make sure to submit your school fees before the due date to avoid any tardiness.
8. “Parents should work closely with teachers in order to ensure that their children don’t make negative choices due to influences such as the changing social environment, or what they watch on television and in movies. By providing guidance, parents can ensure that their children grow up in a positive way”.

To the Parents of X, XI and XII Students

1. Parents of students in classes X to XII should be supportive of all initiatives taken by the school in order to ensure the success of your children.
2. Parents are asked to make sure that your children attend all special classes on time and with regularity.
3. It is your responsibility to ensure your children consume nutritious food such as veg, greens, and fruits in order to maintain good health.
4. Parents must visit when the teacher calls to provide an update on your child’s academic progress and behavior.
5. Coming the terms with the accuracy of the teacher’s words, help your children to modify their behavior.
6. Students who have finished their X and XII education must receive their certificates within the allotted time frame; those who are delayed (after one year) must pay a penalty.

Duties of Parents

1. Before sending the children off to school each day, make sure they are dressed in their appropriate uniform and that their hair is groomed.
2. Try to minimize any non-essential field trips and pilgrimages during school days.
3. Develop the habit of completing assignments and studying the lessons each day, and even during holidays.
4. Pack lunches for your children and have them ready to go in the morning.
5. Encourage your kids to get involved in school events.
6. Appreciate not only their accomplishments but also their efforts.
7. Have a conversation with your kids about their teachers and classmates, and pay close attention to what they have to say.
8. Instead of relying on gifts and money, invest more of your time in your children. Your presence and guidance will be more valuable to them than anything else.
9. Examine your children’s notebooks to determine if their assignments have been completed accurately.
10. Verify if your children attend classes on a regular basis.
11. Be mindful of the type of entertainment your children are exposed to, and so not let them bring electronic devices such as cell phones, ipads or memory cards to school.
